to join their Bankruptcy
team in their Northern New Jersey
office. Your prior legal experience in Commercial Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring would be a tremendous asset to you in this exciting opportunity.

Qualified candidates will possess:
* 2-4 years Commercial Bankruptcy, Corporate Restructuring and Chapter 11 experience.
* Excellent academic credentials required
* Admission to NJ Bar
* Judicial clerkship preferred
