Real Estate Project Manager:
Seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis. Project duration is 24 weeks. Primary responsibility is to support the Real Estate team coordinating/projects and to manage the Station Landing office relocation.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with real estate activities related to the pre-move readiness, last minute installations, testing, etc.
* Understanding of facilities operations, planning/project management.
* Identify and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:
* Experience managing large complex projects.
* 5-8 yrs Real Estate Services experience
* IT experience highly desired.
* Experience with decommissioning buildings.
* Ability to develop and implement strategies.
* Expert skills in MS Office, MS Project.
* Analyze data.
* Detail-oriented.
* PMO (Executive reporting experience desired).
