The founders are both highly credentialed academics, as well as high energy up-and-coming entrepreneurs, with connections in branding and politics, a deep understanding of technology, and a big vision. They are looking for a CEO who complements their weak spots, and brings the experience and savvy that rounds out the team, and positions the company for the funding they need for growth.

You would be tasked with refining the revenue model and charting the path from the current online model into one that integrates mobile and phone access to the system of automated polling, and monetizing it as a subscription model at first, moving into a model that incorporates advertising partners and third-party revenue. You will be integral in strategizing staffing growth, and building and managing developer and sales teams.

Because funding is an important next step, we are looking for someone who has experience as a serial entrepreneur CEO who has been through the funding process with VCs. This is definitely a spot for a driven-to-succeed personality, a people person who will take on being the evangelist and promoter, pitching to investors.

In short, we are looking for a rock star, an entrepreneur with top-level management experience who knows how to take a winning and proven concept and turn it into a successful company. Experience in polling, market research or data analysis is a very big plus.

Because they are a startup, and funding is a next important step, we are also looking for someone who is interested in working for equity at first. The right person is a dynamic go-getter, and knows that they can bring this company into its next stage of growth, and that the payoff of equity will be much greater than a short-term salary.
