Energy Project Manager (Pipeline / Oil & Gas) – Ecology and Environment, Inc. is a fully integrated environmental consulting firm whose underlying philosophy is its worldwide commitment to supporting sustainable development through responsible environmental stewardship. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Pipeline / Oil & Gas / Energy projects in our Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities:
• Project management
• Environmental permitting of pipeline / oil & gas / energy and other facilities
• Regulatory agency consultation
• Preparation and oversight of environmental documentation
• Business development (some travel required)

Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in water resources, biology, environmental science or related field
• 5-15 years of experience of federal and state permitting including wetlands and other water resources
• Experience with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) environmental applications and permitting for pipeline systems and LNG
• Experience preparing EISs/EAs for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
• Business development skills and existing industry contacts in the Gulf coast/southeastern U.S. a plus.
• Capable of working independently and with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
