Role Description
Reporting to the Director Global Executive Staffing you will work within a small team and be aligned to one or more BUs on a regional or sub-regional level and will be responsible for ensuring all executive level external and internal recruitment continues to deliver against corporate objectives.

You will work with senior stakeholders (BU HM and HR) to plan and implement recruitment projects to ensure HP hires the best candidates (internal or external) in line with corporate strategy and within pre-agreed project parameters including quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, etc.

All positions will be resourced, as a priority, via low cost / direct channels including personal networking, database mining, and employee and alliance partner referrals and via business networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn etc). Where applicable, engage external research and external search firms to deliver appropriate talent to deliver the corporate strategy.

Together with the Global Executive Staffing Lead and with the HM and HRBP you will be responsible for leveraging the standard HP Selection Methodology as well as, selecting additional tools to identify, select and hire appropriate talent to fulfill the requirements of the business. Assist HM and HRBP with On-boarding to maximize performance ramp and retention.

Role Specific Capabilities
Sourcing Candidates
* Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executives including directly sourcing candidates in line with talent demand signal
* Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source candidates.
* Contributes to HPs diversity objectives by developing a diverse pool of candidates (as applicable by geography)
* Proactively identifies and recruits passive job seekers.
* Recruits and networks whenever possible. (e.g., at conferences and networking events)
Qualifying and Pre-Screening Candidates
* Follows a consistent process and best practices for selecting highest quality candidates.


Education and Experience Required:
BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience: Ideally a minimum of 10 years of related business experience and ideally at least five years of executive recruiting experience

Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Strong experience of Director and Vice President level resourcing, selection and recruitment
* Previous in-house executive recruitment experience a plus
* Ideally a deep knowledge of the commercial IT (software, hardware and services) and Outsourcing markets
