As part of the fast growing Mobile Device Strategy and Commercialization (MDSC) division in Windows Mobile, we are working on the coolest Windows Phones on the planet with advanced technologies! This role is part of a dedicated team within MDSC working directly with a top Korean Cellular Phone Manufacturer. We are looking for strong developers to join our team to design, implementation, and debugging of technically complex and challenging software components to help our OEM partner to ship more attractive, consumer centric, and highly innovative Windows Phones. The ideal candidates will have a depth of experience shipping products end-to-end, passion for technology and customer, great analytical problem solving and communication skills, highly motivated, the ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter. You must possess the ability to work with large codebases acquired from other sources, the ability to drill down into very complex technologies pieced together from multiple parties, and be willing to take on varied challenges as the need arises. Qualifications 4-6 years software development experience Proven excellent design, development, and analytical problem solving skills Excellent C/C++ coding and debugging skills Breadth experience and/or knowledge in building embedded software for mobile phones strongly desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills required The ability to work closely with external customers, internal development teams BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required
