Responsibilities include: Component selection Schematic capture Supervising PCB layout vendors Signal Integrity analysis Board bring-up, characterization, test and debug System Integration Manufacturing support The candidate must be able to simultaneously manage multiple project. Qualifications 6 years+ experience as an Electrical Engineer designing; high speed (200 MHz+) 32 bit processor systems, microcontroller and FPGA based systems, Experience with analog and power regulation circuitry. Proven track record of implementing designs for test, EMC compliance and manufacturability. Delivered 6 or more projects as part of a cross-functional team. Experience with schematic capture and layout tools (OrCAD, Concept, Allegro) Experience designing with PCI, PCI-e, IEEE-1394, USB, JTAG and I2C Familiar with Lab Equipment (Scope, Logic Analyzers, TDR, Network Analyzer, etc.) Desirable: o Experience with Signal Integrity tools (Si-Soft preferable) o Knowledge of important imaging system parameters such as system dynamic range, resolution, and sensor electrical interface requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications She/he demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, enjoys learning, can effectively bring solutions to difficult problems, and has great attention to detail.
