. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing sales team of 8 outside reps, hunting new business, and increasing the Company's penetration in the local B2B accounts. The Company offers a complete suite of bundled telecommunications services.

REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years of experience
managing outside sales team in C-LEC
or ON-NET
type of companies
* Sales management experience from Voice
, Data
, PBX
and/or ON-NET
services environments
* Business-to-business sales and/or sales management experience
* Small to Medium Accounts sales management experience
* A successful track record recruiting, training and developing new sales reps
* Local area knowledge a plus
* College degree a plus
* Drug free
* Clean background
