NonProfit in Metro Atlanta seeks Director Financial Operations. This role will be responsible for gift administration, donor relations, budgeting, and financial operations.

Specific Accountabilities include:
* Lead development of overall budget and reporting
* Lead the efforts to analyze the database to enhance our fundraising efforts.
* Lead efforts to meet existing fundraising progress reporting needs
* Provide strategic direction for the company's data and technology usage.
* Ensure compliance of all responsible areas with internal policies and procedures and all regulatory agency requirements

Must have:
* Minimum 7-10 years experience in operations management in healthcare or other not-for-profit
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
* CPA is mandatory
* Extensive experience in systems and processes
