Ensure that the final product quality meets the high expectations of Microsoft Game Studios first party titles.
Ensure that the creative vision and direction for a title is clear to both our development partner and within the Microsoft organisation.
Support the development of our partner's creative vision, offering creative solutions and ideas. Work effectively with the Art Director, Audio Director, User Research Lead, User Experience Lead, Executive Producer, PM(s) and any other key leads to determine project design specifications and to ensure successful product execution.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development within Microsoft Game Studios and other business units within Microsoft in a senior capacity.
Evangelize, present, and communicate design status of owned projects to the larger Microsoft organization and Senior Management Team.
Contribute innovative and creative design ideas to specific titles and across the games portfolio.
