Click Here to Apply OnlineWe are currently seeking a very highly motivated and passionate Sr. Account Manager with experience selling $1M Enterprise Software Applications at the C-Level. We are a leading provider of Human Capital Management solutions. This candidate must be a true sales hunter that can drive new business revenue and sales of our Talent Management solutions within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline of HR outsourcing opportunities in his/her assigned territory and negotiating those deals through the sales cycle to a successful closure.
* Achieve individual revenue goals/quota on a consistent quarterly and annual basis.
* Command of current product, industry, and competitive knowledge and trends with focus on target markets.
* Establish and maintain industry contacts/network to identify qualified opportunities and generate successful sales/ business partnerships.
* Collaborate with the extended sales team (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, Products, Services & Technology, etc.) to execute sales strategy.
Qualifications:
* 10 years of Enterprise consultative sales experience.
* HCM Domain industry experience with performance management, compensation and succession planning preferred but not required.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Innovative with Strong relationship management skills.
* High degree of integrity and professionalism.
* Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
* Strong Presentation Skills.
* Strong team work among peers and partners.
* Negotiating & Closing Skills - Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management.
* Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a CRM system required.
* Successful track record of selling enterprise-outsourcing solutions that have 6-12 months sales cycles required.
* Solid track record of success achieving multi-million dollar annual quotas required.
* BS/BA required.
* Willingness to travel.
