Client Finance team is looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent financial analysis skills and business savvy to partner with the Windows R&D organization. The Client R&D Finance Manager will interact directly with business partners up to VP level executives. Success in this role is to act as the “CFO” for a $100-300M business. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly ramp-up and develop strong relationship with our partners as well as competency with our processes and systems. The individual should be a self starter with the ability to multi task and lead projects. OPEX Management: Manage the R&D lines and associated close processes; provide financial and business analysis of spend; prepare and share monthly financial results summaries with your business group (usually including a VP-level executive). You will also be responsible for managing a variety of R&D-wide spending and HC reports for the group. Forecasting: Develop a quarterly forecast for your business groups. You will work directly with Business Managers, GMs and Product Managers (PUMs) to develop accurate forecasts
