We are currently recruiting for the following position: Clinical Training Specialist (Job code: E12)
2 positions for the Colorado office
1 position for the Virginia office and 1 position for the Georgia office
Responsible for developing and implementing internal & external training for associates to enhance understanding on changes in policies, procedures, regulations, new products, technologies and to meet identified needs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Determines departmental training needs and priorities. Obtains feedback from associates as well as management regarding training and other skill enhancement opportunities. Provides training. Ensures that training is consistent with testing results. Determines training and presentation techniques for specific training modules. Develops and conducts training modules on policies, procedures, regulations, products, technologies or other identified training needs. Assists management with identifying training needs. Ensures training of all medical management staff is consistent. Validates training effectiveness using post-test, auditing and other evaluation tools. Identifies alternative training methods. Creates technical training and documentation.
Skills:
As business needs may require, this position may require additional state licenseseither now or in the future. Inability or unwillingness to obtain these required licenses may result in either re-assignment (if available) or termination. Obtaining required licenses is a requirement for continued employment. * Requires an unrestricted Colorado, Virginia or Georgia RN license, or Allied Health Professional (licensed Dietician, Exercise Physiologist, Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist, Social Worker)* 2-3 years experience in a clinical setting (acute care hospital), or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.* Prior training experience or platform instruction in technical or skill development capacity is required. (Class room education experience required.)* PC skills including use of Word and PowerPoint are required.
