Searching for bilingual/Spanish-speaking customer service representatives to answer phone calls in a call center environment. 3 different shifts are available for the locations in Miami, Orlando, New York, Washington DC and Los Angeles locations. Individuals should be computer literate with knowledge of Word/Excel/Windows and different phone systems.

Customer service representatives will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and resolve customer's complaints. May also upsell products or research on billing issues and generate customer “Thank you” letters.

Skills:
Requires:

High School diploma or equivalent

Good verbl and written communication skills in English & Spanish

Flexible schedule to include rotating schedule for weekends

Ability to function in a high stress environment and under substantial time pressure

Computer literate and knowledge of Word, Excel
