I do marketing for a company that represents a Modeling Agency and we need to re-do our website.. It turns out before me the guy they hired to do the website just bought a $70 template and put it up and claimed it as his own..not cool! Currently the site is all flash.. I want to keep some flash elements for a the wow factor but use PHP/html (or whatever you call it) for the base of the site? All the content on the current site is going to be the same but we need it more user friendly and visually appealing.. The major changes that we need to add so far is a CMS so the management team can add models, stats, headshots, bio etc with ease.. We will also need to have the CMS control adding galleries and pictures.. This site needs to stand out from the competition..it needs to be cooler, hotter, more awesome and just cutting edge..I want to have an intro leading into the site, but loading time needs to be slim to none..We want the site to be SMOKIN HOT and put the competition to shame..

I need someone that can do this kind of cool stuff in flash but make it completely custom.
