Job Description: Will be responsible to learn, master, promote and sell an exciting online recruiting service that is unlike anything currently available. Will be responsible for cold-calling and following up on lead generation activities in order to find, start, and build customer account relationships (over the phone) with VPs, HR directors, hiring managers, and C level executives at companies of all sizes. Will be responsible to meet or exceed achievable revenue and customer acquisition goals. To be considered you MUST upload a resume upon submitting your interest. Qualifications: Bachelor or similar 4-year degree required, with 3 to 10 years of direct sales experience utilizing the phone is the ideal target for this position. (Inside Sales, telesales, tele-marketing, recruiting, & sourcing are all examples of direct selling over the phone.) A proven track record of being in the top 15% of sales production (among your peers) is essential. Ability to show achievements and awards is a plus. A proven track record of being one of the top activity level producers at your position is critical. Must live within commuting distance to Seattle. Favorable Experience: Sales experience for an internet service, software, or technology company will give you a huge advantage for this position. Previous experience working in the recruiting industry or selling to HR leaders or hiring managers makes you ideal for this position. Previous experience selling directly to businesses at the director and executive level is highly favorable. Experience using Salesforce.com, Goldmine, Onyx, or equivalent SFA/CRM is favorable. Experience using Live Meeting, Webex, or an equivalent webinar tool is favorable. Advanced skills or training in solution selling, consultative selling, SPIN selling, and other effective strategic selling techniques is looked upon very highly.
