Fandango is currently seeking a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will work closely with Senior Staff to determine the economics and shape the direction and financial results for a new Start-up division. The individual will manage the strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting for this business. 
The role you will play with us:

Responsible for oversight of all aspects of finance and accounting.
Establish good accounting controls and processes and coordinate with the Shared Accounting department.
Develop the KPIs and metrics that management will use to manage the business. 
Work closely with the Company’s senior team to help them understand and improve business metrics and economics.
Develop and improve business metrics and refine the business plan.
Model the financial returns and costs of investment opportunities
Make recommendations to the business leaders about how to improve the financial results.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Company. 
Represent the Company in setting and communicating its financial objectives and results within the Company and to Comcast.
Prepares and gives presentations that communicate our plans, our results and our opportunities.
Responsible for oversight of financial accounting and internal controls.
Ensures that appropriate Company policies are drafted and enforced 

What you need to have:

+5 years of financial planning and analysis experience with operationally-oriented financial management, budgeting and planning
+5 years of experience with Metrics analysis and strategic planning experience, preferred
+2 years of accounting experience (either public or private)
+2 years of Internet experience
Combination of big company and start-up experience is preferred
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form
Ability to operate both as a finance leader and while also being willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to get the job done
Excellent using PowerPoint and Excel
MBA is preferred
Occasional travel may be required to Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia.  Otherwise, travel should be relatively infrequent.
