Technical ProSource is currently searching for an experienced Microsoft Access Developer for a very prominent client located in Houston TX. This a Full time / Direct Hire role.

MS Access Developer will design and create databases when necessary to implement and maintain processes that will make the department more efficient.
Database Developer will assist with department reporting and data analysis.
Access Developer will troubleshoot any issues that arise from existing systems.
Use SQL Navigator to run queries to analyze data for daily functions and monthly reporting.

Provide technical assistance on all systems to aid in the productivity of the department staff.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the manager and supervisors.
Provide support to internal users in MS Access and write queries and VBA.

Cross train on general procedures for various desks within the Payoffs Department.

Other duties as assigned

· Database Developer must be detail oriented and extremely organized
· Skilled at developing and understanding logical data models and relational database design.
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, VBA, Word, Outlook, Internet and Windows
· Experience in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining reporting frameworks.
· Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
· Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
· Ability to act independently to solve problems and make decisions
· Must have the ability to hit the ground running and contribute in a fast paced environment
· Works well under pressure
· Excellent interpersonal skills

-Must have extensive overall knowledge of Microsoft Access involving data base design and implementations, data analysis, and creating reports.
-SQL and VBA
-10 key by touch required
-Typing 40+ wpm required

LANGUAGE SKILLS
-Bilingual (English and Spanish) considered a plus but not required
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to produce documentation.
