Summary
•Conduct business process analysis through a variety of means including executive interviews. Drive needs assessments, and then preliminary and final designs utilizing Web technologies solutions including Enterprise Content Management and SAP portal.
•Interface with appropriate peers to align to back-end technologies as needed
•Research, study, analyze, and communicate Global Web technology trends to and from customers and peers. Proactively identify opportunities to apply Web technology to business and I/T processes.
•Interface with Global I/T Architecture to gain concurrence on tactical and strategic I/T direction
•Advise on details of I/T functionality, costs, benefits, business case, and then oversight on implementation requirements through a standard project development lifecycle
•Define appropriate Web implementation success criteria and ensuing ROIs
•Remain involved and assist in the projects regarding the Web Technologies to ensure proper implementations
•Participate in business issues involving Web technology solutions to ensure the appropriate resolution
Skills
•BS or Masters in Computer Science
•MBA preferred
•10 years of overall I/T experience
•5 years of I/T experience in a technical solutions/design role
•5 years of I/T experience working with a variety of business areas; including Supply Chain, Services, Sales & Marketing, HR, Corp Com, and Distribution.
•Posses excellent communication and documentation skills across all levels of I/T and the business
•Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to express complex technical requirements and solutions across all levels Experience with Internet and Intranet, External Public Sites, Internal Portal Technologies, and Web Collaboration Tools
