Technical Bus Systems Advisor:
Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system and serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT. Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. Adequate knowledge and experience for tools utilized . Mentors and assists in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements. Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Technical Bus Systems Sr. Advisor:

Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. In depth knowledge of tools utilized . Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints. Work with web and marketing teams to increase the presence of web products. Assists in the installation and implementation of web servers in systems planning and monitoring. Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation.

Skills:
Technical Bus Systems Advisor:BA/BS in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 6 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience preferred but not required. Certifications preferred. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required. Technical Bus Systems Sr. Advisor:BA/BS in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 8 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience required. BSA, Technical Testing and Tool specific certifications preferred. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required. Preferred Skills:* Experience with Claims systems* Certified Business Analyst* Minimum of 4 years in WGS and/or STAR or Mainframe experience* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills* Excellent analytical, PC and problem solving skills
