Project management and organization for clinical study statistical programming. Develop review and modify the Data Setup Plan for creating statistical analysis data sets. Develop and validate SAS programs to generate statistical analysis data sets which produce tables of summary statistics and perform statistical analysis and manipulate SAS output for resultant tables and graphs CSRs reports and presentations for regulatory submission and scientific publications. Generate and modify general SAS application codes and macros to improve the efficiency of statistical programming. Provide SAS technical support to programmers statisticians and medical communications staff. Implement pharmaceutical industry CDISC standards. Explore new techniques and algorithms to conduct clinical pharmacogenomic research.
Applicant must have strong SAS background required. Thorough knowledge of programming techniques (especially in SAS) analytical ability and sound professional judgment is required. Applicant must possess basic understanding of statistical terminology and concepts resulting in effective interaction with statisticians and have the ability to comprehend statistical journals and SAS manuals which describe statistical methodology to be programmed. Applicant must possess good communication skills with a demonstrated history of teamwork and collaboration.
Must have a Masters Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelors Degree (or its U.S. equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a related field plus five years of related experience).
