Utilizes in vitro assays to identify candidate biomarkers. Maintains scientific laboratory excellence.
Under general supervision conducts experimental studies using standard and innovative scientific approaches and techniques.
Works in a collaborative manner(i.e. Target Validation Exploratory Pharmacology) and makes judgments in an unbiased fashion.
May analyze data and interpret the results of experiments with collaboration from other scientists. May publishes or present findings and conclusions.
Collaborates with other discovery groups Program Teams Central Teams and COEs.

Required :

Expertise in Analytical Biochemistry
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Ability to apply knowledge to the experimental laboratory setting with strong laboratory techniques
Ability to accurately record data/experiments
Collaborative skills (with other groups such as COEs etc)
Ability to communicate clearly and candidly
