ABOUT US

COMPENSATION
This is a business development/sponsorship sales position. Please only apply if you want to be in this world. Extensive 60-day training on cause marketing, sponsorships, business structures, sales techniques, and client retention is provided. Upon completion of successful training, you may elect a salary + commission + bonus platform, OR a higher commission + higher bonus platform. Profit-sharing, stock options, liberal time off based on performance, rewarding and fun office environment are offered for all associates. We are a highly unusual company and seeking a highly unusual professional for this position.

Skills:
SUMMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Secures sponsorships from local, regional, and national companies, especially those targeting the Latino community
• Establishes and maintains relationships with the Hispanic community
• Communicates with sponsors and schedules meetings through cold-calling
• Coaches and educates other in-house sponsorship/fundraising executives about the Latino population segment
• Responsible for achieving individual annualized revenue budgets
• Maintains active client list and updates activity sheets daily to achieve maximum efficiency with follow up
• Manages collection of sponsorship fees
• Assist with development of sponsorship profiles, video, audio, PowerPoint presentations

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual and understanding of the Latino culture highly preferred
• Sales experience and/or PR/marketing success in fast paced environment preferred
• Experience with Hispanic community, media, and organizations a plus
• Must be dedicated, creative, resourceful, no fear of cold-calling, and have a very positive attitude
• Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel helpful.
