COUNSELOR – PART TIME

Part time position available for certified addictions counselor to work 20 hrs wkly for Older Adult program in Stamford. Duties include: facilitating groups, engaging clients in treatment, completing intakes, conducting individual sessions, maintaining clinical documentation, and conducting home visits. Qualified candidates must have CAC (Master’s preferred) along with experience working in the addictions field, preferably with an older adult population. Excellent assessment and written communication skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

INTAKE COUNSELOR

Great full time opening for experienced counselor to coordinate and manage the admissions process in our Bridgeport location. Duties include oversight of the assessment process for a 600-person outpatient clinic. CAC required (LADC desired), and minimum of 3 yrs exp in behavioral health field. Excellent assessment, written communication, and computer skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

ENTITLEMENT SPECIALIST

Full time opportunity identifying and ensuring eligible patients are placed and maintained on medical benefits throughout treatment process. Duties will include completing 3rd party payer authorizations and tracking reimbursements, completing SAGA applications, and coordinating with internal & external financial and clinical sources. Experience in behavioral health or medical office required; Bachelor’s degree in business or human services desired. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
