Customer Service Associate (Clayton, NC)
Customer Service and Technical support opportunity with an exciting and fast paced company. Primary responsibilities will be handling customer service and technical support calls for outdoor power equipment and consumer electronic products. Resolve customer issues from start to finish, set up service work orders, process warranty claims, accept parts orders and maintain customer service databases. Assist with establishing operational procedures and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, occasional hours shifting or overtime during busy periods will be required.

Skills:
Skills/Qualifications:
Exceptional telephone skills, as well as an ability to maintain organized and accurate records are a must. Ability to multitask and mange multiple priorities in a high call volume environment. Must be able to carry out projects within committed time frames and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required. Bilingual (Spanish/English), outdoor power equipment experience, antenna products experience, and familiarity with Quickbooks are a plus.
