Seeking FT Guest Service Trainer, hours/days may vary. Responsibilities include guest interaction and resolution of issues, training of associates on the floor in the company's guest service principles, champion (ie sleep, eat and breathe) the company's guest service principles, attend training sessions and become guest service certified, continuously model / lead by example the guest service principles and more.

The Guest Service Trainer will require self-discipline, high motivation, be a mover/shaker/talker, able to professionally interact with guests and staff, dress and act appropriately, MUST be able to remain calm during guest disputes, be able to walk up to guests and offer suggestions, assist in leading associate training classes and/or speak to new hires on principles of guest service during orientation.

Other requirements: ability to walk and stand entire shift; ability to communicate clearly and effectively to guests using primary language spoken in Airport, ability to communicate with associates (bilingual is a plus but not required), maintain positive and service friendly attitude at all times (it's harder than you think!).
