Rapidly growing dog daycare, boarding & training facility (Action Pack Dog Center, Round Rock, TX) is hiring a FT/PT Client Service position. Ideal candidates will be energetic team players with strong people skills, communication skills and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Job duties will include but not be limited to greeting clients in our front office, checking in dogs, answering and making inbound and outbound calls, answering clients' questions, and data entry and, of course, handling a variety of dogs as they check-in. Direct client interaction requires good communication skills both written and verbal.
Candidate must have friendly voice, upbeat attitude, and be a team player with ability to multi-task. Dog experience is a plus.
