Responsible for participating in an audit sub-team within Claims Operations. Additional QA duties may be assigned to provide direct support for other initiatives/projects within Claims Operations. Also responsible for assisting with the translation of business needs into application software requirements. This is the entry-level in a career progression. Other essential duties include, but are not limited to: uses subject matter expertise relating to knowledge of business processes and systems capability; participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, user training and documentation; researches and documents business issues; translates business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design; and documents solutions. Serves as liaison between users of the software and technical staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Associates degree and up to 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required, BS/BA preferred. Detailed knowledge of ProPBM required. Experience with Benefit Builder strongly preferred. Subject matter expertise in benefit administration required. Experience should include work flow design and data analysis and/or systems automation and testing. Strong written and oral communication skills required. PC skills needed. Analytical skills required. Microsoft Excel experience required.
