And because Sage's administration understands that great clinicians need great equipment, we are supported with the equipment and budget that allows us to excel.   Navajo Health Foundation / Sage Memorial Hospital Physical Therapy Job Information NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY!   I.        GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: The licensed therapist will evaluate and treat ambulatory and inpatient clients of all ages using the knowledge, principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Assessment and treatment will also be based on the knowledge of growth and development the patient so the care is age appropriated.  The staff therapist will assist the Rehab Director and staff in the delivery and development of P.T. during the directors absence. The physical therapist will support and uphold the standards of practice adopted by the American Physical Therapy Association.   II.      SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:         A.    PATIENT CARE:                 1.    To provide quality physical therapy services for clients of all ages with varying diagnosis in a  variety of settings-clinic, hospital schools or home.                 2.    Writes evaluations, treatment plans and documents in patients medical chart of encounter within one working day of the assessment.                 3.    Ensures all Prior Authorization are received before starting treatment or evaluation.                 4.    Coordinate
