A leader in the homecare industry is looking for an experienced Physician specializing in Neurology for a management position near Beaumont, TX. This is a great opportunity for any Neurology specialist looking for a leadership role.

Some responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating a team to deliver patient-specific care to the neurological population.
• Monitor clinical outcomes for the highest level of excellence in clinical care.
• Communicate with the physician, hospitals, and facilities on care provided.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service. Monitors customer satisfaction results.
• Develop and implement operating, financial, and marketing standards for the growth of the Specialties in the location.
• Assesses market potential, competition, regulatory climate, licensure requirements and community resources for each of the Neurological Specialties.
• Collaborates in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff for the Specialties.
• Develops and implements local in-services for field staff to facilitate their understanding of the Specialties. Supports national training programs and acts as mentor to the field staff.

Qualified Candidates must posses:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupation Therapy, or the equivalent.
•A minimum of five years experience in the neurological specialty area including three years of supervisory experience.
•Diploma from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupation Therapy Program and current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupation Therapist in the state(s) required.
