SUMMARY: Will provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations. This position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of other tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
„X Provide assistance as needed with research for products and services and product development
„X Answer main office telephone system, respond to direct requests for information.
„X Maintain inventory for office supplies and computer software
„X General office duties such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, faxing, etc.
„X Booking travel and hotel arrangements as needed.
„X Coordinate materials for meetings and training sessions and other activities of the organization
„X Maintain and update database as needed
„X Assist in the updating of the website
„X Perform other duties and responsibilities with a sense of humor and team spirit
QUALIFICATIONS:
„X Minimum one year office administrative support experience is preferred. .
„X Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
