Responsible for maintaining rotating equipment in the plant and operate machines (lathes, milling machines) within the shop.
Required Skills:

Ability to operate Machine Shop equipment (lathes, milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, etc.).
Mechanical skills to repair pumps, steam turbines, gearboxes, compressors and must have good troubleshooting skills.
Computer skills a must and be able to perform write-ups of daily work.

Experience Required:

5+ years mechanical experience within a chemical plant or refinery
Associates Degree in Machine Tools or 2 years technical school training with machine tools is preferred
