Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio client to find and qualify candidates for their Senior Mechanical Engineer position. This person is primarily responsible for the design efforts for electro-mechanical packaging for radio frequency (RF) devices. This person will design, evaluate, and solve packaging, thermal, and stress issues related to the assembly of electronic hardware within standard and custom designed enclosures. Qualified candidates will have electronics packaging (Electro-mechanical enclosure) design experience. Candidates must have experience with thermal, stress, and structural analysis – and also experience with associated software. Must be strong in 3D CAD systems; highly desired to have a background or some exposure to military/defense standards and specifications. US CITIZENS ONLY. Must be able to obtain a Security clearance.MSME is preferred. ISO and lean manufacturing experience is a plus. Existing security clearance is strongly preferred. www.rharecruiters.com
