We have an exciting opportunity for a PROPOSAL SPECIALIST for our Sales Operations Team working at our Monterey, California site. You will provide direct knowledge, resource and print vendor management for multiple RFP responses as determined by the Proposal Managers. This includes subcontractor and M/WIB requirements essential to the acceptance of the proposal. Interface directly with the print vendor to meet schedule and content guidelines. You play a significant role in the development, finalization and quality control of each proposal! Here's what you will get to do: Manage all mandatory requirements-forms and proposal sections. Collect, create all required materials, ensure materials' accuracy, prepare mandatory documents for upload to print. Coordinate with all departments to obtain mandatory text and other required materials. Order, compile and ready sample materials. Manage subcontractor and MWIB participation. Obtain agreement terms/conditions; non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, letters of agreement. Provide final quality assurance ensuring proposal will pass compliancy review by issuing agency. RFP Management: Search various sites to locate expected RFP's identifying potential opportunities. Read each RFP to become primary source of communicating information on mandatory issues and documents to Proposal Manager and team. Create and maintain methods to track and document all proposals, status of decisions, documents for program management use. Assist with editing and formatting as needed.
