Provide project and program management for leadership development programs. Develop project plans and budgets and serve as a liaison for stakeholders and vendors to ensure the alignment with business needs and development priorities for leaders in the firm. Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of leadership development programs to accelerate learning and build the knowledge and skills of new Booz Allen leaders. Research best practices to improve the internal offerings and work with the manager to develop strategy and policy for the service offering. Serve as a subject matter expert across the internal team on leadership development best practices. Facilitate focus groups and stakeholder meetings to secure support for programs and resources and facilitate senior-level leadership development programs with internal leaders and external providers. This position is located in McLean, VA.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8 years of experience with professional development, including platform facilitation, design, management, and the evaluation of training programs -5 years of experience with leadership development programs -BA or BS degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources
