Work with the defense market senior account manager, writers, art directors, creative directors, and communications strategists to develop and execute marketing concepts from concept through completion. Collaborate with other internal and external marketing resources to deliver full-spectrum marketing programs and products for Booz Allens defense market. Assist with thought leadership program execution, branding activities, public and media relations strategies and tactics, advertising design and placement strategy, conference and meeting strategy development and oversight, market research, presentation development, and writing for a variety of products, including speeches, news releases, advertisements, and assorted marketing collateral. Develop and implement innovative marketing solutions based on industry best practices, marketing and communication leadership, and defense market client guidance to support brand building and marketing. Generate monthly reports for clients and consolidate and analyze monthly metrics across various sources. Work closely with internal clients, including managers and staff and manage expectations in the delivery of effective communications support. Provide writing capabilities in a variety of formats, including decks, collateral materials, executive communications, ads, and other products.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
-8 years of experience with working in a corporate or commercial marketing environment
-Experience with managing deliverables for multiple clients simultaneously
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Knowledge of the US DoD required
-Ability to work through ambiguity to creatively solve a problem or challenge
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Military service a plus
-Experience with directing and working with designers, graphics artists, printers, video production houses, and photographers preferred
-Experience with managing budgets preferred
-Experience with new Web media, including social networking, podcast, and vodcast technologies preferred
-Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
-BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, journalism, or a related field preferred; MA or MS degree in relevant field a plus
