Responsible for the development and ongoing management of HMC Operations' Clinical Audit Program. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Coordinates and manages the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of HMC Operations' Clinical Audit Program. Forms and leads a team of clinical professionals to prepare and review clinical case files for audit reviews. Establishes program governance when needed to assure response to issue escalation; develops program requirements and ensures program meets its stated objectives. Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices; and remains aware of industry trends. Manages relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas. Develops communication documents and training criteria related to program success measures. Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the programs success. Provides leadership to clinical and related personnel to drive program goals to success.

Skills:
Requires a BA/BS degree, 8-10 years of experience in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in clinical case management, clinical compliance and or related tasks preferred. BSN or related degree and/or professional designation related to a clinically-based field is preferred. Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills to ensure development and maintenance of relationships across the enterprise required. Understanding of complex business processes required. Project management experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Healthcare experience is required, knowledge of HMC is preferred.
