Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs work of complex tasks relating to the legal collection of auto and credit card deficiencies. Duties may include maintaining, tracking and collecting on 100 accounts daily; ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws; and making decisions and/or solving problems by using logic and negotiation skills to propose solutions to debtors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect debtor accounts by phone and mail
• Know and follow FDCPA
• Perform skip tracing to collect debtor information
• Negotiate and recommend solutions to the debtor
• Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database
• Identify accounts that require legal processing
