Direct Sales of Midicare products for the states of NY, CT, ME, NH, GA & VA

Meet monthly sales goal through the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan. Identify, develop, implement and maintain the department?s policies and procedures and automated reporting requirements. Manage the end-to-end call flow process. Develop and implement inside member retention and provider education programs. Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate the performance of the inside sales team. Manage other projects/duties as assigned. May require evening and weekend hours.

Skills:
Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills. Strong work ethic. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 3-5 years of inside sales management experience or equivalent. College graduate preferred. State health insurance license required. Medicare sales experience highly preferred.
