Requirements: * ability to comprehend and record customer communications * researches reported problems and examine pertinent information to determine accuracy of customer complaint * must be self-directed and possess skills including: a highly positive disposition during customer interaction & communication; analytical ability; resourcefulness; follow through on customer requests; ability to act as an internal referral source for advanced technical questions * must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or comparable applications Specialized Requirements: § Maintain continuous training in the company's product knowledge as well as a thorough introduction to all new products. Working knowledge of Visual Manufacturing and Test Track databases. § Working knowledge of web based tools used for remote conencitvity such as Webex or GoToAssist. § Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain positive disposition during customer interaction. § Excellent telephone skills, including consistent follow through on customer service requests. § Solid working knowledge of company's Products: software, hardware, theory, mechanical and field use. Act as referral source for advanced technical questions to the appropriate staff. § Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, or comparable applications.
