Driver/ Property Inspection needed for busy, high-paced Real Estate office. We cover properties all over the Orange County area.

Dependable car required preferably that gets good gas mileage.
* Clean driving record with current auto insurance
* Able to use maps and work with software program Microsoft Streets and Trips. Basic Google maps type program to set routes
* Able to work Monday through Saturday - potentially 10 hour days by inspecting on average 30-35 properties per day. * Willing and able to make a fictitious business name and bank account to be paid by us..
* Comfortable driving in all types of neighborhoods without being distracted by run down neighborhoods on occasion
* Ability to take clear digital picture
* Computer skills to email electronic survey including pictures on daily basis. * Self motivated to set own work schedule and set own efficient driving route daily based from weekly property lists
* Able to communicate regularly via cell phone to keep us current on progress as needed


* Location: Orange County
* Compensation: $100 per day (Approx $30k yearly) plus fuel is reimbursed
