Director of Digital and Interactive Services for Direct Response Advertising.

Lead development and implementation of digital and interactive client services.



This position requires a highly motivated performer with an entrepreneurial spirit and significant online ecommerce web site marketing experience. The position is responsible for managing ongoing successful efforts to create and operate ecommerce micro sites corresponding to client DRTV campaigns. The position is responsible for implementing and growing new initiatives to optimize site conversion through standard best practices, testing methodologies, and testing techniques. The position is responsible for developing and implementing services to drive traffic in addition to existing TV traffic through standard online services, in particular text SEM (e.g. Google AdWords) and SEO. The position will need to guide and support adding these online services to existing client DRTV sales and marketing efforts. The position is responsible for implementing the whole range of client management, operations, reporting and analysis to provide these new services professionally. Initially, this will need to be mainly done through vendors and partners to jump start revenue needed to build internal staff. Success is determined by simple bottom P&L metrics which are expected to be mainly online media commissions and fees. An ideal candidate should have a portfolio of case studies including ecommerce sites with significant online media budgets that the candidate has managed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in relevant field and 5-10 years experience in digital and interactive advertising.
Comprehensive understanding of lead generation, ecommerce micro site development, paid and organic search
