Responsible for developing moderately complex, formal proposals and provides guidance to proposal coordinators. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzes and interprets data. Prepares complex RFP/RFI responses. Researches RFP/RFI issues. Coordinates distribution of proposal questions to appropriate company experts. Writes, edits and proofs questionnaire responses for finished proposals and plan designs. Provides proposal status reports to management. Participates on team projects to complete large group and custom proposals. Mentors and provides assistance to proposal coordinators.

Skills:
Requires BA/BS, 3-5 years of proposal coordination experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Knowledge of health/managed care insurance preferred.
