The Software Engineer will provide technical leadership and also actively contribute to the definition, development, integration, test, documentation and support of custom software applications, across multiple platforms. This hands-on position requires broad engineering competence and in-depth technical knowledge of web application software development, as well as demonstrated experience successfully planning, organizing and executing software development projects in a dynamic environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for the architecture of software solutions, determine current limitations and compatibilities between subsystems, selection of new concepts and methodology, development of major routines and utilities, preparation of technical requirements and software design specifications.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
-              Two+ years (or internships) software development engineering experience
-              Two+ records of executed and demonstrable projects
-              Superior design and architecture knowledge, as well as familiarity with object oriented design patterns, Embedded Linux, C/C++, DHTML, Flash, Java, DLNA, web server development, or Silverlight experience a plus
-              Exceptional interpersonal communication skills:  verbal, written, listening, including customer relationships
-              Embedded UI framework experience required (Java AWT, Swing desired)
-              Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, Masters Degree a plus
