Responsible for directing the operational support of FEP business systems implementation functions within a business unit. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Directs business systems analysis and business results by partnering with our internal customers, serving as a single point of contact, helps select technology solutions, improving quality and consistency of business requirements and deliverables and ensuring delivery of projects and initiatives. Directs operational support functions related to business systems implementation. Leads and directs subordinate management staff as well as individual contributors. May also participate on business-unit wide or regional projects or committees. Management duties to include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills:
Typically requires BA/BS and 8 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strategic planning skills.
