Regional Sales Director (Technology - Software), Chicago, IL. Salary: $130K to $140K plus commission = $200K at plan plus car allowance.

Manage 4 reps in the Midwest selling software development solutions to Fortune 500-1000 accounts. 30-40% travel. Need 5 years' sales management experience selling application development software. Should have attained recent quota of $6M. Candidates without application development experience will not be considered. BS/BA
