* Position strategically drives interactive technology across all lines of business, globally.
* This role is accountable for site architecture across all lines of business, ensuring code is leveraged, where possible, across all network on-line properties and is consistent with CEG architectural standards.
* Owns CEGs central applications, platforms, services and technologies, including Flash frameworks, client registration and community platforms, search, analytics and original content.
* Position is executive owner of all CEG Interactive development, release and quality assurance processes and procedures.
* Oversees the architecture, execution and support the content strategy for CEG network websites which include: Eonline.com, mystyle.com, G4tv.com and FEARnet.com.
* Ensures quality assurance as well as software verification and validation across all CEG interactive site products and services. Oversees standards of the QA departments white/black box testing as well as performance and automated testing.

Required Skills:
* B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, Masters Degree preferred.
* 12 years experience in software design, development, and implementation.
* 10 years of management experience with at least three at the executive level.
* Demonstrated record of innovative technology development, management and delivery.
* Experience leading large technology teams (50 ) team members with a significant number of Director-level direct reports.
* Extensive experience in the development of product & platform, web/open source software and architectures.
* Deep understanding of core Internet delivery technology; extensive experience in the analysis and design of software systems; ability to make decisions and drive platform architecture.
* Experience in development and management of highly available and scalable Internet systems
* Experience with new media systems and platforms a plus. Experience with streaming media (at scale).
* Experience working closely with creative staff.
* Strong communication ability, written and verbal.
* Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements; ability to identify and create technology solutions for requirements.
* Diplomatic skills and experience necessary to work in a highly matrixed organization.
