Click Here to Apply OnlineMicrosoft is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to own and drive the business in Oklahoma and Arkansas in a mixed CAS and Major territory. This self-motivated leader will need a deep understanding of Microsoft beyond traditional business model so that you can help the customer satisfy their business requirements. The ability to listen, comprehend and translate challenges and issues into opportunities will be super important. This team leader will need to coordinate and lead a virtual team with different commitments across multiple lines of business and have this appear seamless to the client.
Key Accountabilities:
Be the primary and consistent interface from Microsoft into your client by building and maintaining relationships at various CxO, board levels and Lines of Business executives.
Develop a strategy for the account with the customer that clearly defines how Microsoft will help the customer grow and differentiate itself.
Develop relationship maps for the account that identify each contact's power, purpose, value to Microsoft, and relationship links/power flows within the account.
Define and execute a relationship strategy with CxOs and identified supporters across the customer account that allows you to gain insight into the customer's business initiatives and the barriers to the success of those initiatives.
Align to EPG (Enterprise and Partner Group) objectives: CPE (Customer and Partner Engagement), CSI (Competitive Strategic Initiative), Relationship Excellence, Growth, Realizing Value through a One Microsoft positioning.
Conduct formal, regularly scheduled v-team meetings to review new and active opportunities.
Lead sales engagements or take part in v-team engagements as necessary.
Negotiate with local, regional and corporate internal executives to get the right resources in the right place at the right time.
Lead pricing negotiations/discussions (licensing and agreements).
Key Success Criteria:
The key measurements of success will be revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction.
Deep understanding of customers' business model, and the ability to bring the best of Microsoft and the customers together to grow respective business.
Ability to work across multiple functions and business units within Microsoft as well as the customers business to lead both business in a collaborative coordinated dialogue.
