If so, Educate Online, America's leading provider of live at-home tutoring for at-risk students, is looking to hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives to assist with recruiting students to participate in our free online tutoring program.

We are looking for part time, temporary/seasonal Education Sales Reps to join our team and help us recruit students to participate in our online tutoring program. As a marketing representative, you will attend school and community events to educate families about our services.


DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

Assist the Caseload Specialist with educating the families about our program
Ability to articulate the benefits of our program to teachers, parents and students
Collect leads for student enrollment and follow them through to the application process
Work with local businesses, schools, families, etc in your area to advertise our program and generate enrollments and application leads
Daily reporting of recruitment results
Attend school sponsored fairs/events to professionally present our program and generate student enrollment
The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to students and parents from all backgrounds to tell them about the benefits of selecting our free online tutoring service.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Education Sales Reps must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Part-time Education Sales Reps can expect to work 25 - 29 hours per week during our 3-6 month recruitment season. The hourly rate for this position is set at $12.

The Education Sales Rep

· Must be able to pass an FBI background check

· Must have reliable transportation to travel to community based events

· Spanish Bilingual skill is a strong plus

· Experience working in inner city communities a strong plus

· Reliable access to a computer with internet access required.
