Manager VIP Food Services job for Saudi Arabia. Department of Food Services is seeking a VIP Food Services Manager for a hospital based opportunity in Riyadh. This is an 894 bed multi-facility, multi-entity tertiary care hospital and one of the leading healthcare institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Performs variety of functions such as planning and directing all aspects of VIP services. Facilitates catering services to the Royalties and VIPs including patients, diet and food preferences. Maintains high standard of service in accordance with departmental/hospital policies. Bachelors degree in Nutrition/Food Science or related discipline required. Four years experience in hospital/hotel restaurant food production and management including 2 years in a supervisory capacity and knowledge in personal computers required.
